Our latest rescue ... this little guy fell from its nest three days ago and we managed to rescue him. Now he looks much better than this ...

Que lindo! me recuerda cuando pequeño y vivia en Punto Fijo, alli hay muchas paraulatas y siempre conseguia los pichones por el piso, los recogía y los llevaba a casa en una cajita. Alli mis hermanos y yo los alimentábamos con pan y leche , muchos morían (quizás por la dieta :) ) y otros los lográbamos retornar a su ambiente.

@Francisco: No se les puede dar leche ni pan ... se les fermenta en el estómago, se inchan y se mueren. Nosotros les damos harina PAN (que lujo, verdad??) con agua y algunos granos de alpiste en la mezcla ... funciona muy bien.... Saludos y gracias !!!
